Transformative Power of the IoT on Display at PTC LiveWorx Europe
PTC LiveWorx Europe just wrapped up this week at the ICS conference center in Stuttgart, Germany. PTC LiveWorx Europe is the premier European conference where professionals go to learn about the IoT. The sold-out show was attended by more than 2,500 leaders in business and technology.
The highlight of the two-day agenda featured PTC President and CEO Jim Heppelmann and his presentation on “The New Reality of Things: Bridging the Digital and Physical World.” Additional keynote highlights included presentations from partners like Bosch Software Innovations and GE, as well as from various customers.
Other program highlights included:
- Sessions spanning CAD, PLM, Systems Engineering, ALM, Service and IoT topics

In addition to breakout sessions, keynotes, and demos, the conference also highlighted a new technology announcement of PTC Windchill 11—PLM software for smart, connected products—as well as the announcement of a new alliance with Bosch Software Innovations to deliver industrial IoT solutions.
